Mark T. Wiltz
Mark Wiltz is a government affairs strategist and coalition builder with experience across federal, state, and national political operations. He helps organizations navigate Washington by translating goals into strategy, relationships, and execution that moves.
Rooted in Youngsville, Louisiana, Mark’s perspective is shaped by a working-class upbringing grounded in resilience, faith, and discipline. Raised by a young mother and his grandparents, he brings a practical, grounded approach to politics that prioritizes results over rhetoric and relationships over noise.
He began his career while studying at Nicholls State University, serving as a legislative assistant to Louisiana State Senator Mike Fesi. There, he managed day-to-day operations and gained early experience in how policy is shaped through constituent needs, legislative negotiation, and institutional process.
Mark later moved into federal government and national political work, serving in the office of U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D., where he supported constituent engagement and legislative coordination. He went on to join the 2024 Donald J. Trump Presidential Campaign, where he coordinated national advance operations and high-level event execution across the country.
Following the election, he served on the 60th Presidential Inaugural Committee, leading advance operations for principal-level engagements, including Second Family programming, and helping execute large-scale inaugural events under compressed timelines and high scrutiny.
He later served in the Executive Office of the Vice President of the United States in the Office of the Second Lady, supporting strategic outreach, public engagement, and international-facing initiatives during a period of heightened global and domestic activity.
Today, Mark advises and supports federal strategy and coalition development across key policy priorities, working with organizations, advocacy groups, and stakeholders to align messaging, build partnerships, and advance coordinated outcomes in Washington. He continues to support high-level operational efforts within the executive branch, ensuring engagements are executed with precision and intent.
Outside of his professional work, Mark is active in the Washington, D.C. community as a member of the Rotary Club and a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Capitol Hill.
